I was researching Galileo for a speech and realized that his daughters were put into convents because they were born out of wedlock. This fascinated me, so I read your book, Sacred Hearts with fury. I could barely put it down. Your style of writing and your detail of characters and relationships is invigorating. I look forward to reading more of your novels. Please come to Fort Myers sometime. Don't know if you realise how closely our historical periods are paralleled with Vatican observers moving through contemporary US convents - checking up on the 'authenciity' of their religious practice etc. Could you get your webmaster/mistress to correct the spelling of 'postulant ' in the photo section of your website - has labelled it 'postulate' (a verb!).
